Joan Hing King is a licenced broker and Senior Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty., Brokerage in Toronto and founder of the Oakville Real Estate Club.  She trades under the business of  Infront Realty Group. Joan realizes that real estate is not a transactional business but rather a relationship business and has built her business on referrals.

To Joan, every sale or purchase is an investment in that client's future and her mission is to help them make the right decisions. That's why she always steers her clients towards transactions she feels will be profitable for them in the long term. 

Prior to transitioning to real estate full-time in 2005, Joan's background lends her a well-rounded knowledge in various, important aspects of the industry. She began her career at the Royal Bank, learning valuable insights into the banking world and mortgages before taking a position with an accounting firm. She then went to work for a law firm that specialized in real estate law, lending her excellent negotiation and contract skills.

Joan always seeks to create "win-win" scenarios, both in business and in her own investment portfolio.
